All of our Green Hosting plans run in UK datacentres, backed by My MSP’s support, plus a UK-based datacentre management team!
All of our Green Hosting plans are powered by 100% Green Energy – be that sun, wind or sea! We also plant at least one tree each month!
All our data centres operate with a PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) rating of 1.2 or lower – the closer to 1, the more efficient the facility!
All new hosting plans from 2026 onwards will be Green Hosting plans.
All existing customers will be migrated to Green Hosting Plans by 2027.

If you are an existing customer, we are pleased to confirm that your website(s) will be migrated to our new Green Hosting plans by the start of 2027.
This process will happen in the background, free of charge. For most websites, we anticipate no more than one hour of downtime. Your account manager will be in contact to arrange a migration date and time.
Once you are migrated to our Green Hosting servers, you will be able to display our Green Energy Badge on your website(s), should you wish.
Once your website is hosted on one of our Green Hosting servers (either as a new sign up or a migration), your account manager will be in touch to discuss our Green Energy badge and decide whether you wish to use this.
If you manage your own website, you will be provided with some embed code that you can use to proudly display this on your website. If My Media manages your website for you, you will agree a location for the badge, and the team will then apply this for you.You’ve got questions; we’ve got answers!
